Prior to founding Jane Partners, Hillary was a Senior Associate at Core Staffing, where she placed tech, financial and legal candidates at all levels. She handled full lifecycle recruiting, from direct sourcing to offer and close. She began her professional career at Bridgewater Associates, a top hedge fund in Connecticut. She played a central role on the Senior Management recruiting team, managing the entire candidate experience as well and creating strategic recruiting process re-designs. She received her Bachelor of Arts in English from University of Michigan, Summa Cum Laude, after which she spent a year living and working in Shanghai, China.
